Realtor® Inquiry

1. As a ReloData Realtor®, you will receive:

• Inquiries for relocation & investment property.
  
• A “minisite” — a webpage to generate inquiries for the Realtor®. Sample.
• Search Engine Optimization, Social Networking & Pay-Per-Click campaigns to empower the Realtor® minisite.

Inquiries are sent to participating Realtor® as they arrive (in real-time) and are exclusive (sent only to the person/s approved by the Realtor).  The geographic sales area (city or communities) of the Realtor for the inquiries is identified, and agreed upon by ReloData and Realtor®, prior to the start of the program.  Leads can be focused on your preferred type, including REOs.

2. Pricing: Typical monthly prices:  $500 to $750 for one agent or a partnership;  $750 to $1,200 for a team, or leads from a large geographic area.

Ask for monthly quote. Payment month-by-month, no setup fee, cancellation at any time with 30 days notice. Realtor® pricing can vary with the specific marketing area (the specific geographic area you work, housing prices, and the relocation and investment velocity — and total number of possible leads anticipated).

3. To speed up your application processing, include your company logo and your business photo, preferably a “head shot”. (If you don’t have pictures right now, just get them to us as soon as you can.) Complete this application, indicating your interest. IMPORTANT:  We will never “overbook” ReloData specialists in an area. Overbooking dilutes the amount of business a given ReloData specialist can generate, and diminishes the quality of the relationship between ReloData,  the Realtor® and the homeowner.  We consider your experience and credentials in your field of expertise. ReloData works with a limited number of Realtor®s and making certain they get results.  We are seeking Realtor®s with the same interest! No payment is required with this application. We will call you and, if approved,  let you know exactly what we can do. Our commitment is to match your sales geographic area and type of lead desired.
